i woke up as early as 5am to get myself ready as i will be catching a flight down to Singapore at 8:40am via Air Asia... but then little did i know that i will missed that flight hahahaha... i drove my car to -ah claire-'s house and took the same cab to the LCCT airport... things were pretty smooth as we rendezvous with -ah koong- at the airport and decided to had our breakfast at McDonald... which proves to be the worst decision ever made hahahaha...
it was 7:20am and we finally decided that it's time to get into the boarding gate... and that is where and when our fate are sealed... as we approached the immigration clearance gate, we noticed that there is only 1 counter which is active and this is where and when we heard -ah koong-'s name was announced for immediate boarding hahaha... and we already somehow knew that we are in a deep shit this time... by the time we clear the immigration counter, it was too late... the flight has gone... :(
we tried to convince the Air Asia officer that we were hold up my the long queue at the immigration clearance but that didn't helped... so in the end, we have to buy another air ticket for the next flight down to Singapore hahaha... ou and we need to get -ah koong-'s bag out from the arrival hall as they have pull out his luggage from the flight hahaha...
finally we reached SG and checked in to Marriott at Orchard around noon and later joined by -ah yc- and -ah josreen- before heading our way to Universal Studio... well that sums up the early excitement that we had for the first part of the day even before we reached Universal Studio hahaha... what a day... zzzz....
so now, it's time on Universal Studio... erm... the rides and the shows are excellent and i would say worth the ticket value that i paid for... my fav rides would have to be the Jurassic Park ride
(almost 3 storey drop into a river stream hahaha) and the Mummy ride
(super fast and twisty coaster)... the most attractive show would have to be the Water World show which they actually re-play the movie on an actual set in front of us... and we got fully wet coz we opt to sit at the Wet Zone hahaha... it was fantastically fun and thank god that we managed to bought the Express pass, if not we will have to queue up for hours before we can have our ride... ;)
the park rides closed at 7:30pm which is rather early, so we decided to head down to the casino to have a look before returning for the fireworks at 10:30pm... nothing much to talk about the casino other than they have a special woman section area which they have barricade out... not sure for what is the reason hahaha... by the time we finished with the fireworks display, we head back to town for our dinner and lucky enough that the kitchen of Brozeit is still open... hehehe... we ordered 2 pork knuckles
(we loved it so much that we have to ate 2 of them), salad, and sausage plater coupled with Weissbier to complete our feast hahaha...
by the time we reached back to hotel, it's already 1am+ and it's time for bath... and zzz... hahahaha...
