from end of last year till mid of this year, everyone is waiting for the announcement of the new organizational chart due to a massive re-org activities being done from top-down... and when a big re-org happens, normally people in the company will be shaken and there will be casualities...
finally, on Monday... the new organizational chart has been revealed to us for the first time and calm down the storm which has been rocking the boat so far... any impact on me???... well my one-2-one session just got completed yesterday and my role will still exists and everything stays put...
