i received a letter this week from my boss and when he passed that letter to me, i didn't expect much thing out of it as i knew earlier that it's juz part of their protocol to wrap up the so call re-organization effort which was performed earlier of the year... it's just to confirm that you still have a role in the organization after the re-org...
as i opened up the letter, the title of the letter surprised me... and it mentioned something about me being promoted to my new role along with my new salary!... in my heart i was so damn happy but then i kept it to myself as i'm not sure about my the other colleague which was still waiting for his promotion letter for quite a long time already... yet, i'm happy that things that has been bothering me is now gone...
i finally gotten the grade promotion that i'm looking for...
